    ​Today the word "Fitness" or "Yoga" has a very broad meaning.  
    Facial fitness - yoga is a new and complex solution in the field of facial aesthetics and already has gained massive attention.

    Facial fitness-yoga is the only complex approach that combined with manual face and neck sculpting massage techniques can provide lasting aesthetic anti aging results. 

    Modern cosmetology is becoming increasingly invasive and aggressive and even though many of us agree that these methods don't achieve the result expected, they think that there is nothing better to do. This is not true, while fighting with aging and looking for preventative treatments; we simply need to know the right actions and its algorithm. 

    In order to achieve really significant results, it is necessary not only to be familiar with regular anatomy, but also with the anatomy and physiology of aging. This knowledge gives precise skills to diagnose the real cause of a problem and prevent it, instead of dealing with the consequences. It is necessary to understand the actual reasons of face aging anatomy and physiology by diagnosing accurate reasons of processes like gushing of facial oval and forming of flabby cheeks, deepening of nasolabial folds or slipping of eyelids.

    Once the diagnosis is made, a proper algorithm of actions with combined facial exercises and manual facial modeling techniques should be applied - the results will follow soon. The results wont be only aesthetically pleasant, the recovery process has many positive side effects as well. In the reviews left by clients there can be found comments about prevented migraines, improved vision, restored hair growth and improvements in the biting muscle system and dental disease.

    Facial fitness is not only facial skin care and improvement or smoothing of wrinkles - it is an effective and significant way to deal with face and neck aesthetics. The essence of this method is dealing with causes rather than consequences. "The skin is only an external sign of aging". My focus is not the facial skin, that's what cosmetology is doing. I work with deeper facial structures and tissues in all of their layers. Because the problems we have to deal with are much more difficult, the manual techniques that I use in my practice are not only stroking of skin's surface. These methods include work with the facial bones, muscles, tendons and ligaments, muscle fascia, subcutaneous fat, blood circulation and lymphatic system. The state of facial skin of course changes when working in these layers of body,

    it is called facial aesthetic modeling.

    By combining exercises and manual massage techniques, we can fight aging in a timely manner, even before this problem has become evident.

    Techniques used for face and neck aesthetic modeling are called aesthetic osteopathic techniques. The compartment stretching method is applied to obtain facial lifting, while during the intraoral massage the central part of the face muscle tone normalizes, blood circulation and lymph circulation improves. While working with face and neck muscles, stretching and holding methods, post isometric muscle relaxation, post isotonic muscle relaxation method and myotherapy methods are used. In a face modeling subcutaneous fat layer alignment is used as well, also we can't ignore a person's diet, psycho-emotional state and overall physical state of the body as these aspects are important in the outcome as well. 

    Fitness is a holistic approach.

    Wrinkles that appear on the surface of the skin usually are results of muscle deformation. Contrary to common understanding, the face muscles don't loosen; the first thing that happens is muscle contracture - hypertonia. When muscles spam, tissues and skin are unable to adapt and just like coat lining begin to crinkle. Sometimes these wrinkles can be, for example, around forehead and eyes. Sometimes they can create "empty pocket" where the lymph starts to accumulate and results in swelling, nasolabial folds and blurred facial oval with "bulldog cheeks." When a person is young, the subcutaneous layer of fat on a face lies in the same stretch, after some years it spreads unevenly and makes a face look like it has lost its volume, has dips in some places and overindulgent provisions in others. The aim of face fitness method is to normalize the facial muscle tone, arrange the facial system and smooth out facial subcutaneous fat layer. It improves blood circulation and lymph drainage, cells are supplied with nutrients necessary, soft tissues restore and swelling of the face decreases. 

    The best results will be achieved when facial fitness method is based on a mutual cooperation between a specialist and a client, this the reason a manual massage is supplemented with individually developed facial exercise program. Face fitness method allows dealing effectively with all skin-aging problems - skin slipping, wrinkles, fresh color of face and edema. But it will not bring the results expected if not practiced regularly - both by a client itself and visiting a specialist. 

    The most important thing is to have an understanding what is happening with a face and why facial lineament is changing. To beat and control the enemy, we have to know it, understanding it is already half of the victory! You wont be panicked anymore while looking at the mirror without knowing what to do - to buy an expensive face cream or get beauty injections. 

    Artificial beauty is no longer fashionable. I believe that it is possible to grow old beautifully and worthy and it would be foolish to ignore this chance. 

    "Uncared, beautiful and old can only be a castle!". Therefore, I propose you a conceptually new approach to the facial care.
